Outside Account Manager – South Indianapolis


About The Position

You will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with restaurants in the southern region of Indianapolis and areas along I-65.  

This position requires a wide range of skills from business development to exceeding your customer’s expectations. 

If you have experience in business development and selling within the restaurant industry, we would love to consider you for the role. 

  • Calling on existing and prospective restaurant customers.
  • Managing accounts and generating sales growth.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Conducting product demonstrations with customers.
  • Creating business plans based on a customer’s needs and sales objectives.

Job Requirements

About You

  • Outside consultative sales experience with continuous repeat customers.
  • Working knowledge of food service salesand the restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of prospectingand opening new customer accounts.
  • Analytical ability to develop and execute business plans to generate sales growth.
  • Self-motivation to sell to meet sales goals.
  • Computer skills – word processing, spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Associatesor Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Marketing related.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, dependable vehicle and auto insurance coverage.
